The author identifies four crucial elements of effective leadership in the church. "Vision" is a picture of a preferred future.  "Team" is those needed for the vision to become a reality.  "Culture" is the focus in the locus of change.  "Integrity" is the congruency of the vision and reality for both the leader and the church.
