After many years in the construction industry Andrew took a break to follow his passion in geology and gained his MSc. in Mineral Exploration at Imperial College London and his BSC in Earth Science form the University of Greenwich.After his break he entered became an assessor / trainer eventually training the trainer. During his career Andrew has fulfilled the roles of Assessor, Quality Assurance and Centre Manager. Andrew also founded Hedgehog Solutions Ltd www.hhgsol.com and was deeply involved in the development of the Intelligent Portfolio. He previous books include; Dynamic Assessing, where he passes on a wealth of experience to encourage efficient assessment of work based learning.
