TABLE OF CONTENTS Foreword: Self-Empowerment - you are Captain of Your Own Ship. Your early life is a pre-established script bringing forward physical and psychological karma codes that pre-condition most of your childhood development. Until you gain understanding of these "codes" you are going to basically follow a destiny pattern you brought with you. You don''t have to be a victim of Fate. You can take charge of your own destiny. Introduction: Subconscious knowledge--Power & Challenge. Your Personal Consciousness that was once part of the Universal Consciousness remains forever connected to it. In each person, the Universal Consciousness leads to the Sub-Conscious Mind.

From the Sub-Conscious comes the Conscious Mind. We then create the Super-Conscious Mind to manage our Personal Consciousness and bridge between it and the Soul. Chapter One: The personal, cultural, and collective nature of the subconscious. The Sub-Conscious Mind has no ethics or morals; it is your Conscious Mind that must make choices and impose order on chaos, develop distinct channels to reliable resources, and otherwise understand and learn that your Sub-Conscious Mind is your key to the infinite resources of the Universe. Helping you to build the relationship between the Sub-Conscious Mind and the Conscious Mind is the purpose of this book. We are told that we are made in God''s image: "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them." (Genesis 1:26-27) Look at the Pyramid (see diagram) as the entirety of Personal Consciousness and think of it as the anatomy of the Body of God, which is our own body of consciousness shaping our world of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual experience. Chapter Two: The subconscious as a storehouse of personal experience from preexistence to the present.

The bias of personal perception. Mind, emotion and spirit are NOT products of the physical body. The purging of Christianity''s sacred literature. Technology conditions understanding. Time is the foundation of daily life. Conscious Memory is mostly sequential. We remember things in the linear fashion that events happen. We learn things as sequences of numbers, letters and words.

The Unconscious and the Sub-Conscious Mind remembers everything but without logical structure, without rules and lists. Emotions and feeling energize the Sub-Consciousness. Symbols are the common language of the Unconscious. Chapter Three: The subconscious as a repository of dynamic processes, functions, and mechanisms. As evolving beings, it is now our role through our Conscious Mind, to accelerate our processing of the Past into the Future. Why? Because we are, literally, Co-Creators of the ever evolving universe and Gods in the making. We learn to draw from the Sub-Conscious what we need to become more than we are as we grow into Whole Persons. The Sub-Conscious Mind is an unlimited resource, not only of memories and information but also of powers and skills.

It the foundation and matrix to all we are and all that we will become. In particular, the job of the Conscious Mind is to manage the Sub-Consciousness and develop its innate powers into skills that we can then deploy consciously with awareness and intention to work with the Great Plan. In another sense, it is to make Conscious the Unconscious through careful management of its resources. Remember, too, that Nature can show the ways to knowledge and understanding of her secret powers when you learn to listen. The Sun, the Moon, and the Planets, too, have powers to share with Man in his wholeness. Chapter Four: Interfacing consciousness with the subconscious. Through the programs presented in this chapter, you will discover how to uncover your subconscious powers and interact with them. You will discover how to achieve your personal goals and actualize your highest potentials for growth and self-discovery.

You will find ways of effectively solving personal problems, improving your mental and physical health, and overcoming the fears and uncertainties that threaten your well-being. You will master new ways of enriching your social relationships, achieving career success, and dissolving all blockages to your growth. When you take deliberate charge of the subconscious, your life takes on a new dimension of both meaning and power. Rather than a risky existential leap into a dark cavern of the unknown, your probe of the subconscious is an "inward leap of power" that clarifies the nature of your existence and reaffirms your destiny for greatness and meaning. It''s a leap of progress that not only accelerates your growth, but guides you toward greater happiness and fulfillment as well. Chapter Five: The subconscious Mind is Your Resource for Problem Solving, Creativity, Mental and Physical health, Rejuvenation, and Psychic Powers. Which came first, the brain or consciousness? The brain - along with the rest of the body - is a product of consciousness. The "doorway" to the psychic world is through the sub-conscious, and the conscious mind must work through the sub-conscious to use these psychic powers in a controlled manner.

It is important to distinguish between involuntary paranormal phenomena and voluntary psychic skills. Using tools of Psychic search. Channeling the Sub-Conscious. Problem Solving, Creativity. Brainstorming. Self Diagnosis. Pain Management. Rejuvenation.

Opening the psychic world to the Conscious Mind. Call it Magick. Chapter Six: The therapeutic power of subconscious knowledge. Becoming self-empowered depends largely on our capacity to bring the strings of subconscious power into an interconnected state of oneness with consciousness and then focusing them on specific objectives. Therapeutic techniques based on this view include hypnosis, dream analysis, free association, and various forms of meditation that focus on specific subconscious processes. The self-empowerment view recognizes the subconscious as a powerful motivator that actively communicates with consciousness, often in inventive and challenging ways that suggest new approaches to solving problems and achieving personal goals. Examples include intuitive awareness, symbolic dreams, awareness of future events, telepathic communications, clairvoyant insight, spontaneous ESP, and a wide range of spiritual interactions. These spontaneous messages of subconscious origin can literally change the direction of our lives.

Chapter Seven: Spiritual relevance of the subconscious as a doorway to spiritual realities. There is no real conflict between the material and spiritual worlds - they are just different aspects, and functions, of the same thing. What is Spirituality? Everything is interconnected as it always has been from the "Beginning." Thinking about problems and searching for answers initiates a process that stimulates solutions. You are an emanation of the Soul. Chapter Eight: Dreams--gateway to the subconscious. The dream experience becomes a powerful agent for growth and self-discovery. By working with your dreams, you can become empowered to achieve your most important personal goals.

You can solve difficult personal problems, enrich your social relationships, promote career success, activate your psychic potentials, and overcome all blockages to your growth. You can discover new ways of using your dreams to increase creativity, develop highly complex mental and physical skills, build motivation, and actually increase your rate of learning. Through your dreams, you can exercise your psychic skills, including your ability to see into the future and travel out-of-body to distant spatial realities. Beyond these, you can develop your ability to experience firsthand the spiritual realm with its advanced spirit guides and higher planes of spiritual power. Chapter Nine: The Empowerment rewards of subconscious knowledge. Let you Sub-conscious do the talking. The Subconscious is now your resource of Knowledge and Know-How; it is your Breakthrough to Brainstorming; and it is you vehicle for Exploring the farthest reaches and the greatest depths of the Universe in all its dimensions, inner and outer. We are intended to evolve into more than we are but many think evolution is finished and that we are the ultimate result.

The truth is different. As we take the next step and evolve to become more than we are now, we think we''re there only to find that we haven''t arrived. We take another next step, and grow in consciousness, and then another, and another. Each step, each initiation, is progressive and a stage of never-completed fulfillment. Chapter Ten: The Super- Conscious Mind. The Need to Manage Powers of the Sub-Conscious and the processes for making Conscious the contents of the Unconscious. Understanding Personal Experiences surrounding Current & Future Events. Through the increasing integration of these levels of consciousness that we grow, evolve, become more enlightened.

The Great Plan of evolution set at the Beginning. "We are the World." The renewed New Age. Challenge & Response. The American Middle Pillar & Auric Energizer exercise leading to greater awareness and integration, both personal and planetary. Appendix One: Self-Empowerment & Self-Hypnosis. Glossary & Suggested Readings: Every Term & Resource You Could Ever Want Defined. Index.
