When Ann, a new mom, finds herself emotionally stressed out from the challenges that her life now presents. In an effort to save her sanity she reaches out to one of her friends and sorority sister Kate. Kate leads a mommy and me meet up group that assists all levels of moms with the anxieties that they experience. This can come in the form of Joni who is a proud mother of 10 but finds it difficult to keep count of all of them, literally and stresses that she has to deal with minute by minute of keeping up with them. Or Danielle, the mom who gets her stress release by making sure that working workout a part of her daily life all day every day. Natalie who is very much the Zen mom who believes that everything can be fixed with the right amount of breath, orange energy and yoga. And finally, let's talk about Kate, on the outside she seems like she has it all together and that is exactly why Ann went to her but the truth is that like any great mom she has her own issues that she is trying to avoid but she realizes she must address them head on. This is a high comedy and high energy story about a group of women who come together and realize that sometimes what a mom needs is a place to come and yell and scream, run and play, pull their hair out and put it back.

But the one thing that these women have in common is that all of them aspire to continue being wonderful mothers, and they believe in supporting each other in any way possible to make sure that each one of them is successful at doing exactly that.
