Timothy started performing comedy skits in a coal mining town in West Virginia. Later he was doing mime and performing on Ohio State Campus. In 1972, now in the US Navy, in Memphis, Tenn. he was the 'Assistant Light and Sound Technician' for "Jesus Christ Superstar". He performed at USO'sand on 2 Aircraft Carriers; in cities like San Diego, San Francisco, Hawaii, and in the Asian Continent, and in Spain, Italy, England, and Sicily. Back in the states he performed and danced in Virginia, Florida and Atlanta. In Key West he Disc Jockeyed with Big Daddy's Nightclubs. He studied theater, drama, and speech with Jay Drury out of The Green Street Theater and was tutored by the likes of Truman Capote, Marcel Marceau and Tennessee Williams.
In 1978 he danced, taught dance, and traveled - onto Dance Fever, and an offer as The Eastern Directors of Fred Astaire Dance Studio Chain. Arthur Murray's in Cincinnati garnished his students a Gold Medal in International Competition. Theater continued with dance and Choreographing musicals. He ventured into Stand-up Comedy all over the Midwest, east coast to LA. He worked in music and was invited to become a voting member of NARAS. Landing in Los Angeles, he opened a casting company with Ann Ross. They worked on over 600 projects in one capacity or another. He branched out to television production, film production, producing, writing and directing.
He was flown to Cannes promoting 2 films he wrote that were released in Europe. He sold a TV Pilot that went to series on prime time. He wrote his own films, industrials, commercials, and was the 1st Video Jock in California with sponsors like Carefree Sugarless Gum, Chrysler Plymouth, and Capital Records. Decades in entertainment allowed him to teach his Technical and Analytical acting - exclusive to him - proven by the actors that have studied this technique and been booked. From LA to Vegas to Chicago and New Mexico, actors are working and have been launched. He was offered a professorship at UCLA and Columbia teaching film. He studied under Syd Field and Hollywood Script Writer's Institute and NYU. With Scripts sold and optioned, and a series and motion picture in the works, he is now releasing The Shepherd's Cup on Amazon.
His study of Improv in Philly, at The Comedy Store and Improv in LA, his humble beginnings to Hollywood Glitter . He firmly believes that "Destiny makes a way as you make your way into destiny".
