Richard E. Wilford is the Founder and Senior Pastor of City of Praise in Gary, Indiana; where he has been pastoring over 19 years. He served in the United States Army for 10 years, serving as a drill sergeant and toured in Iraq. He attended West Side High School, US Army Leadership school and graduated Moody Bible Institute. He is a father of 3 (Rochelle, Angelo, and Skye) and Grandfather to one (Tiara). He currently resides in Portage, IN. Richard is currently working on other literary works. Booking speaking engagements and is in the recording studio writing and producing a spoken word album.
