Will Williams is the founding teacher at Will Williams Meditation. He works as a Program Director for One Giant Mind, a global charity dedicated to promoting all forms of meditation and researching their effects on individuals and society. He started meditating after experiencing stress-related insomnia. After training in India with some of the world's leading experts in Ayurveda and Vedic meditation, he became a teacher in order to share the benefits with as many people as possible.
