Dorena Williamson knows the power and the beauty of racial awareness, having spent over twenty years ministering in a richly diverse faith community. In 1995 she and her husband, Dr. Chris Williamson, planted a diverse church in the heart of Franklin, TN, a town rich in Civil War history. Now in neighboring "Music City" Nashville, Strong Tower Bible Church draws people from all walks of life. Dorena served as a spokesperson for the Affirm Films/Sony production of the movie RISEN, on camera and before audiences. In March 2016, she and Chris appeared on the WHTN Bridges Prayer show on CTN, and their viewing garnered the strongest response of calls in the show's history. Dorena has contributed to several Christian music recordings, and has ministered internationally. But she is just as comfortable working in kids church and singing in the choir.

Dorena has enjoyed nearly 25 years of marriage to Chris, and they have four children. Cornelius Van Wright and Ying-Hwa Hu are a husband and wife team who illustrate and write children's books and publications. Although they both have illustrated numerous projects and books individually, they have also worked on many assignments together. They created Pencil Moon Studio to share their artwork and vision, and their work has appeared on Reading Rainbow and Storytime and has been exhibited with the Society of Illustrators and at The Bologna Art Show. Most importantly, they are always looking for new ways to bring stories and adventure to life for kids through the magic of pictures.
