Dr. Kari-Lynn Wintersis the award-winning Canadian author of more than 40 books for children. A professor at Brock University and former elementary school teacher, she is passionate about inspiring young readers and writers through stories, movement, and play. Her books have received numerous honours, including the Chocolate Lily Honour Book Award and three Christie Harris Silver Medals. Christina Leistis a German Canadian children's book illustrator now living near Ravensburg, Germany where she has a view of the Alps. She has worked as an art director and graphic designer in advertising, television, and publishing, and has illustrated over a dozen children's books.
