Lisa Wolfe has been focused on fitness for the past 16 years. She started teaching aerobics classes when she was eighteen and then discovered she could get a degree in exercise. She’s worked in cardiac rehabilitation, personal training, with children, owned her own gym and currently has a few personal training clients and teaches water and land exercise classes. She is the author of YogaBand (Wish Publishing, 2004) and Enjoy the Ride (Bristol Fashion Publications, 2004). She and her family reside in Howell, Michigan.
