Elli Woollard is an exciting talent on the picture book scene, who started writing stories after an embarrassing incident in which her youngest son broke Michael Rosen's glasses. In addition to picture books, she also writes children's poems. Her snappy rhymes, catchy rhythms and witty stories are sure to make her a huge success. She is the author of Little Bear's Spring with Briony May Smith, The Giant of Jum and The Dragon and the Nibblesome Knight, both illustrated by award-winning Benji Davies, as well as the adaptations Rudyard Kipling's Just So Stories and Aesop's Fables illustrated by Marta Altés. Elli lives in London, England, with her four children, husband and two guinea pigs.
