Xu Lei is one of China's most popular and prolific novelists--and writing isn't even his day job. He owns an international trading company in Hangzhou, and spins tales because he loves storytelling. Vladimir Verano sells books at a large Seattle bookstore, runs a small press, and is part of a theater collective. Somehow he also finds time to illustrate books, including ThingsAsian Press's children's adventure, The Prince, the Demon King, and the Monkey Warrior.
