Dear Reader. It started out as a way to release my emotions on paper. To make sense of the darkness. To alleviate the impact it was having on my mental health. This is not a book about sympathy. This is not a book about pity. Nor is it a book out to seek attention. This is a book documenting my most recent dark experience, chronologically ordered, as I try to find purpose in life.

It's a book that stays true to what I was feeling in the moment as I navigated my own darkness. To me, it was therapy. For you, I hope it gives you comfort and solace in relatability.
