Bob is a retired advertising copywriter and NYC school teacher as well as a former documentary filmmaker. He's won a Bronze American Film Festival Award in documentary film, a Clio and two Effies in advertising, and written the book to a full-length musical performed at the FringeNYC Festival. He's also written six one-act plays performed Off-Off-Broadway, one of which was published in Applause Books' anthology, "Best New Ten-Minute Plays, 2019." He also published "Rap-Notes: Shakespeare's Greatest Hits," a rapping and rhyming of five of Shakespeare's most popular plays for high school students. Finally, he has published 16 children's books, many of which have won awards of excellence. Today, he lives in WA with his wife, Ann, and writes children's books.
