This is a 206 page journal with helpful tips for when you can't seem to calm yourself down, inspiring quotes from people around the world, self harm alternatives, crisis hotlines, and coloring pages for a break from writing and feeling overwhelmed by your feelings. The coloring pages are simple and are not meant to resemble anything because it is for you to interpret your feelings through colors. I created this journal for people who battle anxiety, have panic attacks, and depression but it would be a lovely addition to anyone's bookshelf.
