Dr. P.J Blount is an Assistant Professor of Space Law at Durham University and a member of the Durham Space Research Centre. He currently serves as the Executive Secretary of the IISL. Dr. Tanja Masson-Zwaan is assistant professor and deputy director of the International Institute of Air and Space Law at Leiden University , and president emerita of the IISL. Rafael Moro-Aguilar is an Adjunct Professor of International Law at Florida International University and an Adjunct Professor of Space Law at Saint Thomas University , both at Miami, Florida. He currently serves as co-editor of the IISL Yearbook.
Ioana Bratu is an Assistant Professor in Space Law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam . She is the Co-Director of Amsterdam Law & Technology Institute, the Coordinator of the Space Law & Sustainability Center, and the Founder of AI â Space Law Society. Kai-Uwe Schrogl is Special Adviser for Political Affairs in ESA. He serves as President of IISL until 2025.
