Mr. Lizhao Luo has over 60 years research and clinic practices on Chinese herbal formulas in China, and also he was a retired mathematics teacher in high school. His traditional Chinese medicine theories were studied from a famous, established traditional Chinese medicine Doctor from 1961-1964. Since then, Mr. Luo has clinically practiced and continued studying and research on Chinese Medicine formulas. Mr. Luo published a book entitled An Overview Theory of Meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿in 2014. That book was written through the mathematical logic with Hetu-Luoshu and Yin-Yang Theory.

From the previous book, the author writes this book which systematically and comprehensively summarizes, synthesizes, and categorizes traditional Chinese medicine formulas and prescriptions. It also provides concise annotations on the medicinal properties for different diseases and conditions. It represents the culmination of the author's over sixty years of research and practice in traditional Chinese medicine.
