Professor Mohammad Tabish completed his Ph.D. from Japan and is currently working in the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Life Sciences, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. He has obtained post-doctoral training in different institutes including the Department of Pharmacology, University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, Texas, USA., School of Biological Sciences, University of Liverpool, UK., Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden., Toyohashi University of Technology, Toyohashi, Aichi, Japan and University of Connecticut Health Center, Farmington, Connecticut, USA. He has over 25 years of teaching and research experience in the field of biotechnology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics.
Professor Tabish has published several research and review articles in the field of molecular biology with special emphasis on alternative splicing. He has also received several prestigious fellowships including NIH funded fellowships, Wennergren fellowship, Leverhulme Trust visiting fellowship and Japanese Government fellowship (Monbusho) for Ph.D. at Toyohashi University of Technology, Toyohashi, Japan.
