John Judge is a nonprofit executive, author, and civic innovator focused on purpose-driven leadership and philanthropy in the age of artificial intelligence. He currently serves as Scout Executive and CEO of the Spirit of Adventure Council (Scouting America - Greater Boston), supporting youth development and outdoor leadership across more than seventy communities. John has led major conservation, education, and youth-serving organizations, including senior leadership roles with Habitat for Humanity, The Trustees of Reservations and the Appalachian Mountain Club. He is the author of The Outdoor Citizen and the founder of GiveIQ, a framework exploring how individuals and organizations can amplify impact through purpose, technology, and collaboration. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Stonehill College.
