The idea for Code Kidz began at home while telling bedtime stories to his children. Wanting to introduce his kids-Malachi, Nahla, and Amani-to technology at an early age, Kieran started creating imaginative stories that blended fun adventures with simple tech concepts. When he noticed how engaged his son Malachi became while listening to these stories, he realized that storytelling could be a powerful way to introduce children to topics like coding, technology, and problem-solving. What began as bedtime storytelling soon grew into the Code Kidz book series. Through Code Kidz, Kieran hopes to inspire young readers to become curious about technology and see themselves not just as consumers of technology, but as creators.
