Roman Luszapak was born and educated in Poland. The author holds a master's degree in civil engineering (MSCE). After emigrating to the United States, he spend a decade working as a Corrosion Engineer at company specializing in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using innovative and proprietary methods. He has co-authored several reports on corrosion testing. The author is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP/NACE).
