Dr. Hrudayanath Thatoi is Director of the Centre for Industrial Biotechnology Research (CIBR) at Siksha "O" Anusandhan Univeristy, India. He obtained his MSc and PhD from Utkal University, India, and served as Chairman of the P.G. Council of MSCB University and as a mangrove biologist and Senior Scientist at the MS Swaminathan Research Foundation prior to his current role. Dr. Thatoi's research interests span molecular biology, industrial biotechnology, microbiology, and aquaculture. He serves as a member of several scientific societies and editorial boards of national and international journals.


He is a recipient of the Samanta Chandra Sekhar Award by DST, Government of Odisha; the Prof. Harihar Pattanaik Award for environmental science by the Orissa Botanical Society; and Fellow of the Society of Applied Biotechnology. He has worked on several Elsevier titles, including Biotechnological Utilization of Mangrove Resources; Applications of Metagenomics; Innovations in Fermentation and Phytopharmaceutical Technologies; and Emerging Trends and Imminent Applications. Dr. Pradeep K. Das Mohapatra is an Associate Professor of Microbiology and Director of the Prof. A.K.


Bothra Environmental Conservation Centre in Raiganj University, India. He obtained his PhD from Vidyasagar University and specializes in microbial enzyme biotechnology, environmental microbiology, and industrial microbiology. Dr. Mohapatra has worked on aquaculture nutrition, microbial nutrition and diversity, fermentation, probiotics, and bioinformatics. Dr. Partha Bandyopadhyay is Managing Director of Finray Biotech Ltd. He obtained his PhD in Aquaculture from Vidyasagar University, India, and specializes in aquatic microbial habitats and fish biotechnology. Within this sphere, Dr.


Bandyopadhyay researches fish nutritional biotechnology, microbial immunology, aquatic eDNA, parasitology, and riverine impacts on fisheries. Dr. Sourav Chattaraj is a Post-Doctoral Fellow of the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Training Coordinator for the Centre for Industrial Biotechnology Research within Siksha "O" Anusandhan University, India. He obtained his PhD in Microbiology from Raiganj University, India, and studies the formulation and application of fish feed. Within this sphere, his research focuses on aquaculture feed technology, emulsion, fermentation, genetics, immunology, microbiology, phycology, and probiotics.
