Dr. Shaowei Weng received the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Information Science, Beijing Jiaotong University, in July 2009. She was a visiting scholar in the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ, USA, from 2016 to 2017. She is currently a professor with the School of Electronic, Electrical Engineering and Physics, Fujian University of Technology. Her research interests include image processing, data hiding and digital watermarking, pattern recognition, and computer vision. Dr.

Chin-Shiuh Shieh received the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Taiwan University, Taiwan, in 1991, and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from National Sun Yat-Sen University, Taiwan, in 2009. In August 1991, he joined the faculty of the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, where he currently serves as an associate professor. His research interests include computer networking, embedded systems, computational intelligence, and information security. Dr.

George A. Tsihrintzis is a full professor in the Department of Informatics at the University of Piraeus, Greece, and served as its head from September 2016 through August 2020. He received the Diploma of Electrical Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece (with honors) and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. His current research interests include pattern recognition, machine learning, decision theory, and statistical signal processing and their applications in multimedia interactive services, user modeling, knowledge-based software systems, human-computer interaction, and information retrieval.

He has authored or co-authored over 350 research publications in these areas, which include 6 monographs and 34 edited volumes.
