Dr. Ketan Sanjay Desaleis a researcher, academician, and technology leader in computer science, with expertise in artiï¬cial intelligence, machine learning, and concept drift detection. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and has developed a strong academic proï¬le through sustained research contributions and engagement with applied technological innovation. He currently serves as a Dean IQAC & Associate Professor at ASM's NextGen Technical Campus, Pune, India, where he is involved in teaching, research supervision, and curriculum development. In addition to his academic role, Dr. Desale is responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives at the ASM Group level, focusing on the strategic use of digital technologies to improve institutional processes, information systems, and data-driven decision-making.

Dr. Desale has authored and co-authored numerous research articles published in reputable international journals, including Scopus-indexed publications, and regularly presents his work at national and international conferences. His research contributions span both theoretical and practical dimensions of intelligent systems, reï¬ecting a strong commitment to advancing contemporary computing research. He actively shares his scholarly work through global research platforms such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science, contributing to the broader international scientiï¬c community. Soumi Majumder is a Research Scholar in the Department of Business and Management at Lincoln University College, Malaysia, and an Assistant Professor at the Future Business School, Future Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India. She has over 10 years of academic and 2 years of industry experience and has previously served at institutions such as Sister Nivedita University, Techno India College of Technology, and NSHM College of Management and Technology. She has authored five books, including titles published by Springer Nature, Taylor & Francis, and Emerald, along with two edited volumes. Her research focuses on quality of work life, stress management, employee engagement, leadership, and entrepreneurship, with over 25 papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences.

She holds one patent and four copyrights from the Government of India and serves as a reviewer for journals by Elsevier, Springer, Emerald, and Sage.
