Kimberly has an unwavering passion for the work and a love for her students. With a BA in Theatre Arts from UCLA and an MA in Spiritual Psychology, Kimberly believes that "Acting is best learned when it's a transformative training program." "Acting is a hero's journey. It's walking through the things we are afraid to face and feel. When I began teaching, I was in my twenties and quickly discovered my passion and calling. Coaching and directing actors became my mission: to advance the craft of acting technique." Kimberly's multiple Backstage Reader's Choice Awards include: "Favorite Acting Coach," "Favorite Acting Teacher," and "Best of: Acting Coach." Coaching actors to build characters and book roles for more than 30 years in Los Angeles, Kimberly has been invited to teach The Jentzen Technique throughout the United States and abroad.

Kimberly's students have appeared in major motion pictures, hit TV series, and on Broadway. On set, Kimberly coached actors starring in feature films and hit television series, worked as a sought-after performance coach for professional singers, and as a mentor coach for both up-and-coming and established directors. Kimberly has directed over a dozen plays in Los Angeles and had the honor of coaching Yolanda King on her homage to her father, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., entitled Achieving the Dream. As an award-winning writer, director, producer, Kimberly's films-Reign (OscarĀ®-qualified), Anne Frank Meets God, Grounds, and Of Earth & Sky-have won a myriad of awards including: "Best Short Film," "Best Direction," "Audience Favorite," "Finalist," and "Honorable Mention." She also garnered a Finalist Screenwriting Award for her feature film script Laurietta aka The Georgia Boy.
