Eoghan Quinn is a writer from Dublin, based in London. He holds a PhD in English Literature from NYU (MacCracken Fellowship), and is a recipient of the Irish Arts Council's Next Generation Award 2019. His play visions will premiere at the Abbey Theatre in 2026, and he is currently under commission with the Almeida Theatre as part of their Genesis Writer's Programme. His debut feature film Crash Happy is in development with Homebird Productions/Screen Ireland. Most recently, his stage adaptation of JM Coetzee's Jesus Trilogy premiered as part of Dublin Theatre Festival 2024 with Hatch Theatre (***** Irish Times). Before that, his play colic had its premiere at DTF 2022 (**** Guardian, Irish Times). His comedy play Bears in Space (2016) sold out runs from Edinburgh to New York, picking up rave reviews in the New York Times, the New Yorker, and Time Out.
