Addressing Kosovo's structural inequality through metal sculptures inspired by the labor of working-class women in food production Doruntina Kastrati's (born 1991) installation at the Venice Biennale apostrophizes the physical toil of Kosovan women working in food production. The metal sculptures, evocative of discs used in knee replacement surgeries, are molded in the shape of the nuts used in Turkish delight.
