Venkata Subbaiah P. holds a PhD from the VIT Business School, VIT University. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the GITAM School of Business, GITAM (Deemed to be University). Previously, he worked in the Department of Business Administration at Annamacharya University (formerly AITS). His research contributions are significant in the areas of celebrity endorsement and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). He has published several papers in reputed journals and received the Best Paper Award at an international conference held in Malaysia.

Susmitha Kunchaparthi is an Assistant Professor at Seshadri Rao Gudlavalleru Engineering College, Andhra Pradesh. She holds a PhD from Andhra University and postgraduate degrees in Finance and Marketing from JNTUK.
