Megan A. Moreno, MD, MSEd, MPH, FAAP, is professor of pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin Madison. She is a practicing adolescent medicine physician in the UWHealth system, the division chief for general pediatrics and adolescent medicine, and the vice chair of academic affairs for the department of pediatrics. Her research focuses on the intersection of digital media and adolescent health. In her role as co-medical director for the AAP Center of Excellence on Social Media and Youth Mental Health, she uses research and evidence to create practical tools for pediatricians, educators, and families. She lives with her family in Madison, WI. Jenny Radesky, MD, FAAP, is an associate professor of pediatrics at the University of Michigan Medical School, where she directs the division of developmental behavioral pediatrics. She is a practicing developmental behavioral pediatrician and runs a research lab focused on family media use, digital design, and tech policy.
She is co-medical director of the AAP Center of Excellence on Social Media and Youth Mental Health and the editor of the textbook Encounters with Children, 5th Edition.
