Dennis, PhD, is an award-winning education leader, author, speaker, and DEI strategist specializing in leadership development, K-12 independent school governance, and organizational culture. He is a senior leader at a K-12 independent school in Los Angeles, the founder of the Campus Culture Group, and the host of the podcast "On the Way to School." With over two decades of experience in independent schools, higher education, and nonprofit sectors, Dennis is nationally recognized for advancing equity-centered leadership and inclusive governance practices.
