Born and raised in Essex, England, Alice is a self-taught baker, inspired by watching her Grandma experiment in the kitchen. She was always creating and crafting as a child, and after she left school she attended art college in New Zealand, before later going on to become a Geography teacher. In 2019, Alice made it to the final of The Great British Bake Off , where she twice won Star Baker, and was known for her inventive bakes and delicious flavour combinations. Since becoming a full-time baker and illustrator, Alice has had many wonderful opportunities, including working with some amazing brands, presenting a cake to the Prince and Princess of Wales and she is also a judge for the Great Taste awards. Alice also sells her art prints, which she sends all over the world.
