Bendy Carter lives in Shelbina, Missouri. She is married to Thad Carter, he is a minister in the United Methodist Church. She learned to crochet when she was 9 or 10 years old. Besides crochet, Bendy loves doing children's sermons on Sunday morning and helping with the children's choir. She has just started a prayer shawl ministry in her church. Bendy has two sons, 2 grandsons and another grandson on the way.
