Rachel Davis is the co-founder of the Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Phonics Programme , a comprehensive, early reading programme.With a career in education spanning 36 years--including 20 years as the headteacher of an outstanding school in Birmingham and 12 years as an Ofsted Inspector--Rachel brings a wealth of experience and insight to her work. She has also served as a National Leader of Education, supporting schools in challenging circumstances to significantly raise and sustain standards.
