Tina Samuels has been a freelance writer for over 20 years, publishing several print articles in the field of gardening (Arthritis Today, Mature Years, Alabama Living, newspapers) and over 11,000 gardening and health related online articles. She is the Suite 101 Desert and Water-wise Gardening Feature Writer with a few of those articles being distributed in Cedar City, Utah in a Master Gardening class. She's the 2005 author of 'œA Georgia Native Plant Guide' by Mercer University Press. As well as belonging to the Georgia Botanical Society and the Georgia Native Plant Society, she volunteers online for the University of Texas at Austin's Lady Bird Johnson's Wildflower Center in the role of data collector for the Native Plants Information Network.
