Jessica Collins is an Emmy winning actress currently starring in the bilingual, half-hour comedy series, Acapulco for Apple TV, and Lionsgate Television. She's had a career in television and film for over 30 years, where she's known for her work on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia , The Young and the Restless , and Dolly Parton's Heartstrings --just to name a few. Jessica earned a culinary degree from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and is a published author on culinary arts. Her other passions include all things family alongside her husband and daughter, and her never-ending love for her canine daughter, Lucy, who crossed over the rainbow bridge in 2024. Lisa Melamed has written and produced television programs for network, cable, and streaming, including Nickelodeon's Hey, Dude ; Golden Globe winner Party of Five , and Dolly Parton's Heartstrings . She began her career at Scholastic Productions. This is her first book.
