Robin Lapre is a physician, animal lover, and children's book author who writes books about responsible pet care for children. Her stories are meant to teach kids the fundamentals of care that will decrease pet homelessness, improve care, and decrease bite risk. She has spoken to more than 10,000 students in Middle Tennessee about these topics using her books as the basis for her presentations. All proceeds go directly to support the nonprofit Charlie's Angels Saving Animals based out of Columbia, Tennessee.
