The second entry for The Marysbourgh Vortex, continue the adventures of Jack while he tries to save his and the world's future against Volf. Jack Wenland and Captain Sidley are still being tracked by the deadly Volf Division. This time, they're off to the famous Waldorf Astoria in New York City to enlist the help of Nikola Tesla, an eccentric genius with his own theories on time travel. But when the deadly Volf Division tracks them down, they end up on a deserted island with the help of a mysterious Mohawk warrior who may, or may not, be a member of Volf's army of assassins. Join Jack, Captain Sid, a mute pickpocket and the mysterious Mohawk as they evade Dr. Huxley Volf, the Dark Master of the Volf Division, and penetrate its secret underwater headquarters, the Octogrotto, in a bid to save the future.
