Poetry focused on aspects of love from first love to true love to hatred to indifference as woven through romatic relationships, familial relationships, and nature. BACK BLURB: What is worse than when NEW LOVE becomes OLD LOVE? Having a screwed-up FAMILY LIFE while dealing with the EMOTIONAL WRECKAGE, that's what! Thank heavens for FRIENDSHIP, the calmness found in NATURE POEMS, and the distractions of CULTURAL OBSERVATIONS. All of which are expressed through the poetry enclosed within. Enjoy! FORWARD: This journey you are about to embark on will reveal feelings of new love, old love, and the emotional wreckage that comes as a result. Explorations of family life and friendships will be had, without the rose-colored glasses. Cultural observations are followed by nature poems - because you can't just look at one side of the coin. A book of poems, once assembled, does not seem like a big deal to read because there are less pages (and words) than a novel. But, when you consider how many stories are told in just under 12,000 words, well, it is overwhelming.

Prepare yourself accordingly. One last note before I let you read to your hearts content - I don't use a lot of punctuation in my poems. I let the rhythm of the spoken words and the breaks in the lines to punctuate for me. When you read, read aloud, these are best when voiced!.
