When Ami was little, she wanted Andy Rooney's job. He was a smart curmudgeon who was funny and got away with breaking social etiquette. The good little girl and rule follower was fascinated. Asking questions? Questioning others? Humor? Curiosity? She was all in-her inner rebel felt seen. While she's a curious mix of rebel and rule follower, her quirky and whimsical side manages to coexist with her more thoughtful and serious side. She's an avid question asker-answer seeker and has a strong streak of curiosity that has yet to do her in. She mysteriously finds rabbit holes, loves connections, and enjoys people with a sense of humor-oh, and pretty, shiny things. She really likes those as well as wax seal jewelry, fountain pens, washi tape, and notebooks.

If she had a confetti cannon or a glitter gun, she'd put it to good use. She also entertains herself making silly "movies" with her stop motion app and believes that soup is a magic food and elixir. You can often catch her with a hot beverage in hand, talking to her dogs, or watching the birds in her yard and the clouds in the sky. She loves connecting with people and hearing their stories. Ami frequently stands on the precipice, watching and observing, but when she's in, she's all in. She's your ride-or-die girl, Thelma to your Louise (or Louie, whichever the case may be).
