Sarah acquired her love of stories as a child when she created adventures to help herself fall asleep. Many nights, you can find Sarah asleep with a book on her face, mumbling to her husband, "one more page¿" Traumatic events from her early life haunted Sarah for years. Now, she desires to share hope and healing with her audience. Drawing from life experiences, Sarah writes truth infused fiction, devotions, and blogs. An award-winning author, she has been published in Mature Living, _Whispers of Grace, Macaroni Kid, Inkspirations Online, _ChristianDevotions.Us, Refresh Bible Study Magazine, and Asbury University's Alumni Publications. Mentor and online chapter president for Word Weavers International, Sarah is a graduate of Asbury University and regularly attends writing conferences. A speaker with Stonecroft Ministries and a guest speaker for Enlightened Bible Study, Sarah speaks on Biblical lessons and her healing from abuse.

With a background in teaching and tutoring, Sarah homeschooled her two sons and is ready for the next stage of her life: encouraging others with her writing and speaking. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and going on mission trips with her husband. Sarah is always on the lookout for a new lesson to be learned, a new setting to discover, or a new character to write about.
