"A sometimes hilarious, sometimes heartwarming, and always clever, fast-paced, charming, and tense firecracker of a novel that could only have been written by someone who embraces the idea that we are not alone. I had a great time." - Matt Dinniman, #1 New York Times bestselling author of Dungeon Crawler Carl "The creative genius behind classics like The Blues Brothers , Ghostbusters , Coneheads , and all your favorite classic SNL skits has written an unputdownable paranormal action-adventure comedy head-trip first novel destined to become another cultural touchstone. Reading Dan Aykroyd's Soulhider is like curling up with a forbidden text in a secret library, one capable of making you laugh while scaring your socks off. It's a fast, fun, propulsive beach read that might just reveal the true nature of our reality. A giant dose of brutal truth disguised as must-read fiction. A great read!" - Ernest Cline, #1 New York Times bestselling author of Ready Player One " Soulhider is a book that only Dan Aykroyd could have written. It is an imaginative leap into a meticulously detailed fictional world and suspenseful ride from first page to last.

The complex vision of extraterrestrial reality is anchored in a vivid and affectionate portrait of upstate New York, of early twentieth century industrial architecture and late twentieth century Detroit automotive design." - Jay McInerney " Soulhider is thrilling and haunting. Dan Aykroyd raises questions about who we are, and why we're here, all of it fantastically and beautifully told." - Patricia Cornwell "An entertainingly down-to-earth extraterrestrial story." - Kirkus Reviews "Aykroyd's name will pique interest, and the general absurdity and thriller pacing of the tale will sustain readers' interest." - Booklist.
