The book explores how disembodiment is relevant and productive for feminist theory. Panayotov asks how and can we face disembodiment literally, as a real praxis, and not as a literary trope, while colliding feminism, non-philosophy, new realisms, and posthumanities, to make the case for literal disembodiment in our contemporary posthuman condition.
