Dr. J. Vernon McGee, a pioneer in Christian radio, was a pastor and teacher of God's Word who in 1967 started THRU the BIBLE, a 30-minute radio program. His goal was to reach his local area--the San Gabriel Valley and metropolitan Los Angeles area--with the whole Word of God, simply told. To his surprise, people listened. And the Word spread. Today, God uses THRU the BIBLE to share His Word with people in almost every nation on earth through over 200 global languages. We are committed to "take His whole Word to the whole world" and invite everyone with this same heart to join us in this mission.
