Tom Taylor is a multi-award-winning and New York Times best-selling comic book author, playwright and screenwriter. He is well known for his work on Superior Iron Man, Injustice: Gods Among Us, Earth 2, various Star Wars titles and his graphic-novel series The Deep. Taylor continued X-23's adventures in All-New Wolverine and brought her into the cast of X-Men Red, featuring the newly returned Jean Grey. He then put the focus on Peter Parker and his home in Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. Taylor has enjoyed further success at DC with books including DCeased and Suicide Squad. The cult hit Agents of Atlas helped artist Leonard Kirk cultivate a rabid fan base, but he was guaranteed pop-culture immortality following years of work on multiple Star Trek tie-ins. His collaboration with industry legend Peter David in a years-long stint on Supergirl and his role as penciler on Detective Comics during DC's One Year Later initiative further cemented his reputation in the industry, leading to a critically acclaimed run on Captain Britain and MI13. His other Marvel credits include another collaboration with David on X-Factor, as well as runs on Fantastic Four, Squadron Supreme and All-New Wolverine.

Juann Cabal was already familiar with Laura Kinney from X-23 before working on All-New Wolverine. He enjoyed a further collaboration with Tom Taylor on Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, and Cabal's other Marvel credits include Elektra and Guardians of the Galaxy. One of artist Marco Failla's earliest Marvel assignments involved teaming up two of the company's iconic properties in the series Spider-Man & the X-Men. He has gone on to work on Captain Marvel and Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur; his other credits include such diverse and famous characters as He-Man, Harley Quinn and the Toxic Avenger.
