She is the founder of The Center for Empathy and Emotional Intelligence (CEEQ), an organization dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations create more connected, inclusive, and emotionally intelligent environments. With over 30 years of experience in education and leadership, Misha draws from her background as a teacher, facilitator, and coach to support communities in navigating discomfort, building resilience, and transforming conflict into opportunities for connection and collaboration. Misha holds a Master's degree, a California teaching credential, and a Professional Certified Coaching Credential (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also trained in the Understanding-Based Model from the Center for Understanding in Conflict and is a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader.
