Dr. Dejian Liu is Senior Engineer graduated from the University of Kansas, the United States of America, and received a Ph.D. degree from Beijing Normal University, China in 2020. Currently working as Chairman and Executive Director at NetDragon Websoft, he also serves on Board of Directors at Fujian TQ Digital Incorporation, on Board of Baidu, and as Member of the Standing Committee of Fujian Science Association. As Vice Chairman of the Fujian Young Entrepreneur Association, he has received numerous awards, including the Business Venture Hero award, Excellent Entrepreneur award, Youth Entrepreneurship Achievement award, and the Science and Technology for Young People award. Professor Mohamed Jemni is renowned Expert in educational technology with a specific focus on integrating AI in learning environments. As Professor and Leader at Arab League of Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organisation (ALECSO), he has spearheaded numerous initiatives to enhance educational outcomes across the Arab region through innovative technology.


His research has extensively contributed to understanding and implementing AI-driven educational tools, positioning him as a key contributor to the evolution of modern education. His work is instrumental in shaping policies and frameworks incorporating AI to revolutionize learning and teaching methodologies. Professor Ahmed Tlili is Associate Professor at Beijing Normal University, China, Adjunct Associate Professor at An-Najah University, Palestine, and Visiting Professor at UNIR, Spain. He is Co-Director of the Open Educational Resources (OER) Lab at the Smart Learning Institute of Beijing Normal University (SLIBNU), China. He serves as Editor of the Springer Series ''Future Education and Learning Spaces'', and Associate Editor of the journal Smart Learning Environments, IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Bulletin of the Technical Committee on Learning Technology, and the Journal of e-Learning and Knowledge Society. Professor Tlili is also an expert in the Arab League of Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO). Dr. Junfeng Yang is Professor in Hangzhou Normal University, China, and also Visiting Professor in Beijing Normal University (BNU), China.


He serves as Vice Dean of the Educational Informatization Strategy Research Base (Beijing) established by the Ministry of Education in China in 2020. He earned his doctoral degree in 2014 from BNU majoring in educational technology, and visited Athabasca University from December 2014 to December 2015. He has been working on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in education since 2010 and served as Consultant at different levels of policy-making on ICT in education and smart education. Dr. Maiga Chang is Associate Dean (Research and Innovation) and Full Professor in the School of Computing and Information Systems at Athabasca University, Canada. He is also Honorary Chair Professor at Multidisciplinary Academic Research Center, National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan. Dr. Chang''s research mainly focuses on areas such as game-based learning, training and assessment, learning behaviour analysis, learning analytics and academic analytics, intelligent agent technology, health informatics, data mining, computational intelligence, natural language processing, artificial intelligence, museum education mobile learning and ubiquitous learning, and healthcare technology.


Dr. Kinshuk is Dean of the College of Information at the University of North Texas, the United States of America. Prior to that, he held the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC)/Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL)/Xerox/McGraw Hill Research Chair for Adaptivity and Personalization in Informatics, funded by the federal government of Canada, provincial government of Alberta, and by national and international industries. He was also Full Professor in the School of Computing and Information Systems and Associate Dean of Faculty of Science and Technology, at Athabasca University, Canada. After completing his first degree from India, he earned his Masters'' degree from Strathclyde University (Glasgow) and Ph.D. from De Montfort University (Leicester), United Kingdom. Dr.


Ronghuai Huang is Professor of Education at Beijing Normal University and holds multiple prestigious roles in the field. He is currently Co-Dean of Smart Learning Institute of Beijing Normal University, Director of the National Engineering Research Center of Cyberlearning and Intelligent Technology, and Director of the Educational Informatization Strategy Research Base in Beijing, under the Ministry of Education of the People''s Republic of China. Additionally, he serves as UNESCO Chair on Artificial Intelligence in Education. He has extensive expertise in educational informatization, smart learning environments, technology-supported innovative teaching, and artificial intelligence in education.
