Possessing more than 25 years of cross-border automotive legal experience, Kevin M. McDonald has also published extensively in both the English and German languages on a wide range of international and domestic legal matters affecting the auto industry. A member of the American Law Institute and the Society of Automotive Historians, he has also taught consumer law most recently at the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. He lives in Aldie, Virginia. John R. Trentacosta has been involved in drafting and litigating contracts commonly used in the manufacturing and automotive industries for more than 40 years. He is an experienced trial lawyer with multiple trials involving multi-million-dollar disputes.
He is also a regular guest lecturer at national and international universities on the topic of legal issues in the manufacturing supply chain. After 42 years of practicing law, he recently retired from Foley & Lardner LLP and lives in Northville, Michigan.
