Dimitrios Ziakkas is Assistant Professor of Human Factors at Coventry University's School of Future Transport Engineering, UK. An Airbus captain with A-320, A-330/350, A-340 type ratings, he brings over 35 years of military and civil aviation experience exceeding 12,500 flight hours. After retiring from the Hellenic Air Force in 2008, he flew commercially with Olympic Air, Qatar Airways, and Legend Airlines. He holds multiple degrees including Ph.D., M.S. Human Factors, and MBA.


His research focuses on aviation technology adoption, AI-AMM training/operations, flight safety, and Advanced Air Mobility certification requirements. Amin Vafadar is an Aviation Development Specialist focusing on Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) integration, UK. His research examines how AAM enhances regional connectivity and supports sustainable development. He holds a commercial pilot license, an MSc in Sustainable Air Transport Operations from the University of Salford, UK, and is completing a DBA in aviation development strategy. As former leader of the Advanced Air Mobility Institute, he organized the Global AAM Forum with representatives from over 75 nations. He served as Business Development Lead at Grasshopper Air Mobility and authored "CRM Odyssey." Debra Henneberry is Assistant Professor in Purdue University's School of Aviation and Transportation Technology, USA, with nearly 20 years of flight instruction experience. Before joining Purdue, she taught at an aeronautical college in New York City and flew as a personal pilot.


She brings unique emergency response expertise, working over ten years as a first responder and emergency medical technician with extensive Department of Homeland Security training. Her research addresses flight training tactics, aviator talent pipeline expansion, and pilot well-being. She holds degrees from Dickinson College (USA), University of Leicester (UK), and St. John Fisher University (USA).
