Bernd Kannowski is chair for legal history and civil law at the University of Bayreuth (Germany), where he is member of the Cluster of Excellence "Africa Multiple". Originally a specialist in medieval legal history, he has focused his research and teaching interests over the past years on the history of human rights. Cecilia Ngaiza , Dr. Jur. He has published on the legal aspects of Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Corporate Governance. Richard Frimpong Oppong is a Professor of Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Canada. His areas of research interest include conflict of laws and regional economic integration in Africa.
