As a consultant, he has worked with executives at more than 30 Fortune 500 companies across software, energy, logistics, consumer goods, and financial services - designing and delivering strategy alignment and leadership interventions that have produced proven results in both people and firm performance. He is the founder of Talent Physics, a consulting practice that helps organizations align culture with strategy to create competitive advantage. He is also the author of Momentum Culture: How High-Performing Companies Leverage Culture for Competitive Advantage. Matt graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and the Institute of Managerial Leadership at the McCombs School of Business. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Tracy and their three children, Jack, Cameryn, and Trip.
